Motivate pre-university students to learn about the lesser-known history of Japanese Occupation of Sarawak, through collaboration between Matriculation College of Sarawak and SMK Kapit No. 2, using virtual platforms and physical game.

Target learner: Pre-university & Form 6 students

Objectives

Motivate pre-university students to learn about the lesser-known history of Japanese Occupation of Sarawak.

How to Play

1. Students are taught about Japanese Occupation of Sarawak and then to answer quizzes via Genially
2. Group members need to find clues hidden alternately at different locations at the two institutions
3. Clues were alternately arranged and placed at the two institutions. Clues at one institution indicated the names of the locations where the next clues are hidden. Therefore, the group members really have to collaborate to find all clues. Besides, the poster using Canva, and mini gallery on Spatial need everyone’s effort to construct
