The PAK 21 (21st Century Edition) workshops in collaboration with Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Sarawak (JPNS) conducted for primary and secondary school teachers in all 31 divisions of Sarawak, JPNS, aimed to foster creativity, empathy, and inclusive pedagogical practices while aligning with global concerns like youth social resilience and 21st-century education goals and United Nation Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The objective was to emphasise the importance of social resilience and the 21st-century model of teaching and learning by incorporating SDGs into the Malaysian educational context.

Assessment and analysis were conducted using SWOT, risk matrix, action plan and strategy, social resilient questionnaires and interviews. The Ministry of Education partnered with ACES facilitators to energize participants with a common vision, building trust, openness and mutual concerns while building the process to the vision together. Through these sessions, teachers were encouraged to adopt an inclusive approach to teaching, and incorporate SDGs in their classroom practices, enabling them to be better aligned with global education goals.
