- Sim Yih Chun, better known as Nerdook, is an innovative game developer and the founder of Nerdook Productions. With a background in engineering, Sim has successfully transitioned into the gaming industry, creating unique, strategy-focused indie games that often blend simplicity with engaging gameplay mechanics. Known for titles like Vertical Drop Heroes and Monster Slayers, Sim has gained a dedicated fanbase and a reputation for distinctive, hand-drawn art styles and procedurally generated content.

Leveraging AI for Educational Game Development
- Associate Professor Dr Petros Lameras is an Associate Professor at Coventry University's Research Centre for Postdigital Cultures, focusing on game science to enhance STEM teaching and learning. His work involves developing methods for in-game learning analytics to assess student learning and teaching analytics to improve in-game assessments, as well as supporting teachers in using games for science education. Petros has led various European and national research projects on gamified and digital learning, and he trains educators and creative professionals to design educational games, incorporating agile processes and tools like Unity and 3DSMax. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, he has published over 30 papers and supervises PhD students at Warwick and Coventry.

- Nigel Sim is the co-founder of Chumbaka, a social enterprise he co-established in 2015 to inspire young learners to explore and create with technology. Combining his expertise in biomedical engineering from Imperial College London with his passion for education, Nigel has driven Chumbaka’s mission to empower children through hands-on tech learning. Chumbaka has engaged over 35,000 students and partnered with more than 1,000 schools across Malaysia. His vision is to cultivate a generation of young innovators, equipping them with skills in STEM and digital creativity to thrive in the tech-driven world.

Workshop 2: Aquawatch’s Workshop
- Associate Professor Dr Aazani Mujahid is a senior lecturer and marine scientist who engages with local communities and researchers around the world on topics ranging from our coastal water ecosystems, climate change adaptation, and women in fisheries. She believes in the interdisciplinary approaches in co-creating solutions for many of the environmental issues faced in the marine sectors. She contributes her expertise on various Ministry and State panels; serves as the Vice President of the Malaysian Society for Marine Science; represents Malaysia to the CTI-CFF Women Leader Forum, and is part of the IUCN Expert Assessor in Malaysia for the IUCN Green List.

- Prof Dr Sylvester Arnab is a Full Professor in Game Science (Applied Games) at Coventry University's Centre for Postdigital Cultures. His research focuses on the investigation into how engaging, empathic, and empowering experiences are designed and applied based on strategies and elements commonly used by playful and game-based approaches (analogue and/or digital) and how their operations are underpinned by pedagogical and motivational theories and practices.

- Associate Professor Dr Rekaya Anak Vincent Balang is currently the Deputy Dean (Student Affair & Alumni) at Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, UNIMAS. He is also a registered nurse with the Malaysian Nursing Board. He obtained his BSc (Hons.) in Nursing from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). He holds a Master of Nursing from University of South Australia and a PhD, focusing on nursing practice and professionalism, from University of Huddersfield, UK. Rekaya has been working with UNIMAS since 2001. He started his career as a staff nurse in various settings such as Trauma OT and Mental Health. His research interests are nursing practice and issues, professionalism in nursing, nursing education and research, mental health, medical surgical and other pertinent health sciences.

- Angelina Bong is a Sarawakian-born, Malaysian poet and visual artist. She represented Malaysia at the 3rd Delphic Games 2009, South Korea in Poetry. Since then, she has read in ten countries with poems translated into six languages. Her visual artworks are mostly explorations of acrylic, mixed media, black and white ink illustrations and haiga. She sells most of her art online and by commission; occasionally paired with poetry. Her pieces now reside in 25 countries across the globe.
